  Use wrangler flagship flags pull <APP_ID> to seed the store from a remote app. Flag management commands also accept --local to read and update the local store directly.

Wrangler4.135.0 and its Miniflare/workerd closure are development/deployment tooling; the complete lock diff changes no admitted browser producer. r4 retains every r3 executable template, browser graph, runtime/Contracts/package identity and legal input, admitting only the reviewed lock/selector bindings and lock-derived build SBOM with explicit source evidence. Original profiles/records remain immutable. README version and exact existing public-checksum r4 path scope are synchronized. Local provenance audit, semantic comparison and changed-file formatting pass; all applicable current-head hosted source/security/audit/candidate/Verify and aggregate CodeQL checks are successful. Prior tooling main deployment succeeded. No runtime/browser/public-download checks were added; no actionable findings remain. Authorized merge, retaining branch/worktree and checking main provider deployment.
