What changed

• record the pre-change DNS and Sites snapshot
• document the seven DNSPod records used for the apex and www host
• capture Sites activation, TLS, redirect, public-content, GitHub, and release-gate evidence
• preserve the exact rollback boundary and note the current automation-egress Cloudflare limitation

Why

The public launch is now complete. This creates an auditable, repository-owned
record of what changed, how it was validated, and how to roll it back without
changing the DNSPod nameserver delegation.

Validation

• authoritative and public DNS answers verified
• both Sites custom domains report active with SSL active
• direct TLS certificates verified for ag-ui.ai and www.ag-ui.ai
• independent public fetches returned the localized site, catalog, RSS, search index, and OG asset
• www 308 redirect observed; worker test verifies path/query preservation
