• teznest-platform: rental operations automation for a property rental company. Listing ingestion, pHash dedup, valuation, Telegram publication, and an LLM concierge with a strict fact gate. Architecture is public, code is private (client production).
• tez-motors-uz: production site and inbound lead engine for an EV importer, live at tezmotors.uz. Next.js, Supabase, Docker, self-hosted.

Four years of P&L ownership at Tez Global Motors: supplier contracts in China, customs and certification, a $175K supplier dispute in Dezhou settled into a signed personal-liability agreement and court injunction.
