npm run devOptional API keys go in .env.local (see .env.example). The app runs without them — ACLED falls back to GDELT, sanctions to anonymous OpenSanctions.

This is an open-source aggregation tool. Event data — especially from automated sources like GDELT — contains noise and false positives. Treat the dashboard as a situational-awareness aid, not authoritative intelligence.
