This repository is GitHub's default-supplier for the whole Bespok3d organisation. It holds no code.
Two things live here:

The fallback is per file. A repository with its own SECURITY.md keeps it and still inherits the
code of conduct from here. Nothing is copied into the other repositories: GitHub reads this one live.
Issue templates are deliberately not defaulted here. Every Bespok3d repository already carries its own, and a default set would only ever apply to a repository that has none.
