This is a full release of this launcher.
Please make sure that you have GTA San Andreas installed before you use this launcher.
Put SAMPLauncherNET.exe into a directory, where you have read and write permissions.
Preferably create a separate directory for SAMPLauncherNET, because it creates files in its working directory.

In case your antivirus software detects it as a malicious software, this software is absolutely safe to use and is not malicious. Just add an exception for SAMPLauncherNET. The reason for that is that it creates many connections at the same time to gather server information, and injects the samp.dll into the GTA San Andreas process when San Andreas Multiplayer is launched. It can also inject ASI plugins defined inside the "plugins" page. This pattern can invoke a red flag at various antivirus software for being malicious.
