fix(world-lab): align tick-native experiment UI

Summary

• make World Lab activity and communication attribution tick-native with timestamps and a legacy turn fallback
• remove Follow latest and preserve explicit agent selection across simultaneous ticks and resets
• use neutral unaffiliated colors and dynamic alliance colors consistently in the UI and SQLite export
• remove the editable setup color picker and disable the Next.js development indicator
• update component, service, and Playwright coverage for the revised behavior

Repository owner confirmed the full local validation gate is green, including format, lint, typecheck, tests, build, and Playwright E2E.
