Summary:

document top-level implements syntax and its field-interface restriction
move the existing Dog implementation out of the class body
add one terse blanket implementation over Animal types
bump the plugin patch version to 0.11.1

Validation:

integrated example passed
native out-of-body implementation test passed
native blanket-chain test passed
native blanket-method test passed
