Measurement complete, recorded on CI_Toolkit#67. With mocks in place, extraction yields 820 methods from year-suffixed assemblies where it previously yielded zero, and all of them round-trip with zero failures. |

Final measurement for CI_Toolkit#67. Provisions the Revit API mocks in ci-serialisation and re-reads the instrumentation counters. If
fromYearSuffixedrises above zero, extraction succeeds, and the same run shows whether those types round-trip. Shipped filter and shipped ci-serialisation untouched.
