Long-Goal context-overflow and blank/black-session reliability release.

Included

• Stop Goal control-plane persistence (.opencode/goals, .opencode/goal-locks, .opencode/goal-sequences) from counting as user-project host progress and defeating the stall guard.
• Bound repeated autonomous continuation context: the full Goal contract is anchored once per revision, later turns use a bounded reminder, and compaction re-anchors the full contract exactly once.
• Bound paused natural-language resume routing so huge Goal objectives are not echoed into every routing turn.
• Classify Prompt exceeds max length / context overflow separately from transient infrastructure; it never enters provider-retry backoff.
• Recover the first prompt overflow through exactly one guarded OpenCode session compaction and restore Goal-owned continuation without idle/stale-write races; a repeated overflow before successful Goal work pauses safely with /compact then /goal resume guidance.
• Make multiline /goal, /goal edit, and /goal add bodies literal so embedded CLI/documentation --... tokens are not misparsed as Goal flags.
• Reject an outer opencode run ... @' ... '@ wrapper pasted inside the already-running TUI with visible actionable guidance instead of a slash-command hook exception/blank turn.
• Invalid Goal syntax is fail-visible and non-mutating.

Feature PR #192 exact head 4b398e026d5a2f6a2372a313dc3ecca0179cad71 passed CI, Release Readiness, Actions Security Gate, Real Host Progress, Real Restart Recovery, and Real Loop Coexistence before squash merge. The release head must independently pass all triggered gates before merge/publish.
