라이선스 파일이 없으면 기본은 "모든 권리 보유" 라, 공개 저장소를 받아 본 사람이 쓸 수 있는지 알 수 없다. 다른 저장소(CareCode_Interface, CareCode_FE)와 같은 조건으로 맞춘다. - LICENSE: MIT 전문, Copyright (c) 2026 CareCode (연도는 첫 커밋 2026-08 기준) - README 라이선스 절 추가
