The site is configured for GitHub Pages at radio.castalia.institute.
The planned public stream URL is https://radio.castalia.institute/live.mp3. GitHub Pages hosts the website only; a live audio stream requires Icecast, AzuraCast, or equivalent streaming infrastructure.
The station is intended to support local deployment: an on-site computer can run playout, feed the authorized FM transmitter, and continue operating without internet access. The public website and online stream are optional downstream outputs, not prerequisites for local broadcasting.
The local station is being designed to fit in a rugged ammo-case-style enclosure. See HARDWARE.md for the portable hardware concept and the boundary between the case electronics and the external authorized antenna installation.
The FM service remains subject to frequency availability, FCC authorization, engineering, and construction approval. This repository does not authorize transmission.
