Overview
Adds a new In App Support doc that walks users through opening Support from the account menu, creating tickets (subject, type, details, attachments, optional vault), ticket types (
Support,Bug Report,Enhancement,Buy XCH), and managing threads (reply, close/reopen). The page is registered in the Cloud Wallet sidebar after Buy XCH.Buy XCH, FAQ, and Known Issues now point users to in-app tickets instead of Discord (or the old profile “Report an Issue” flow) for general help and bug reports; security issues still go to HackerOne. The new guide keeps Discord as a fallback in its troubleshooting section only.
