Oracle Quant Sequence API is a Spring Boot REST API that processes input character sequences using a custom stateful streaming algorithm. The system analyzes characters as a continuous stream, applies dynamic grouping and lookahead accumulation based on control characters such as z and _, converts the sequence into numeric package totals, and stores all transaction history in an Oracle Database. Built with Java, Spring Web, Spring Data JPA, and Oracle DB, the API provides endpoints for sequence conversion as well as full history management including retrieval, update, and deletion.
