chore: bump to the canonical IR_HASH pins - #28

comline-core → 50c17cc (schema_ir_hash), comline-codegen → generation d901db4, comline-codegen-rust → f29f651, comline-codegen-typescript → 75c5c56 — all in lockstep so the build resolves one comline-core. No CLI code change; the generated IR_HASH is now the canonical BLAKE3-over-bincode digest. The protocol round-trip e2e still passes with both ends on the new value.
