Toolchain relicensing (see
docs/design/licensing.md). This generator linkscomline-core, so it's GPL-3.0-only with the rest of the toolchain. Copyleft covers the generator, not the code it emits — generated bindings are the user's and link onlycomline-runtime(MPL-2.0).LICENSE(GPL v3),license = "GPL-3.0-only", README. Sole copyright holder.
