Keeps this repo's `comline-codegen` pin in lockstep with `comline-codegen-rust` so a CLI build resolves one `comline-codegen`. That rev adds `GenRequest.default_framing`; the TypeScript generator does not consume it yet, so this is a pin bump plus `default_framing: None` in the two test helpers.
