Adds a profile-gated Intel XPU embedding runtime alongside the existing CPU and NVIDIA profiles.\n\n- Adds Intel TEI xpu-ipex services with /dev/dri passthrough.\n- Makes accelerator preflight detect NVIDIA or Intel XPU telemetry.\n- Adds XPU endpoints to the local embedding matrix and benchmark CLI.\n- Documents Intel XPU setup and adds focused preflight tests.\n\nValidation: 4 focused benchmark/preflight tests passed; git diff --check passed.
