#338's TeX package set lacks
type1cm.sty, which matplotlib's usetex preamble loads unconditionally — without it, usetex rendering fails with! LaTeX Error: File 'type1cm.sty' not found..texlive-latex-extracarries this package; it adds roughly 400 MB to the image. Follows #338.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
