This branch makes 64-bit targets mandatory across the project. All remaining 32-bit compilation paths, legacy toolchain configuration, and related repository cruft have been removed.
Build documentation has been updated to reflect the current supported workflows, including both direct compilation and Docker-based builds.
The GitHub Actions build matrix has also been revised: 32-bit x86 Windows builds are removed, and Android builds are added.
