Summary

Publish Context Builder v1 contracts, implementation and documentation for Context Builder v1.

Ownership and dependencies

• Repositories: codex and platform; studio closeout.
• Depends on: Create Context Builder conformance, security and reference test suite #85.
• Baseline: released Prompt SDK v1.0.0 and Context Package v1.0.0; do not change immutable contract bytes.

Scope and deliverables

• Finalize public API, contracts, quick start, source/policy adapter guides, review flow, compatibility/deprecation policy and known limitations.
• Verify Constitution alignment, owner approvals, licensing, dependency audit, all tests and readiness for the Epic Epic 6 - Comic Manifest #6/Epic 7 - Build Orchestrator #7 artifact handoff.
• Publish any new/changed contract versions as immutable artifacts without overwriting Context Package v1; adopt exact verified references in Platform.
• Prepare reviewed SDK/source artifacts, locks and verification manifests, publish immutable Context Builder v1 release(s), and verify downloaded bytes before epic closeout.

Acceptance criteria

• All preceding tasks are complete and owner-reviewed; tests/CI run without paid providers by default.
• Package-producing API and CLI are documented and reference examples demonstrate authorized end-to-end use.
• Published contracts and implementation are tagged, immutable and pinned by exact commit/URI/size/digest.
• Epic Epic 5 - Context Builder #5 is closed only after actual publication verification; no npm publication or visibility change is inferred.

Implementation guardrails

Follow Constitution v1.0.0 at a9cc8a503aa30e17820edc62ac95f7cbe10e0564 and repository boundaries. Add focused tests with implementation; the suite task consolidates rather than postpones testing. Public issues, fixtures and docs use synthetic/already-public material only. Approved private inputs stay behind explicit secure artifact boundaries. No direct Lore checkout, silent declassification, self-approval or canon promotion.
