My interest in technology started in practice, solving problems on computers and phones in everyday life, and turned into a passion when I realized that technology isn't just about "fixing," but about creating solutions and helping people use it better.
I am an IT Technician from CEDUP Abílio Paulo and I'm studying Software Engineering at UniSATC deepening my knowledge in requirements engineering, programming logic, and development practices. I currently work as a Scientific Research intern at SATC, where I develop organization, technical communication, and attention to detail in documenting methodologies and results.
Throughout my education, I gained experience in web development, programming logic, databases, system modeling, software testing, networks, and automation with Python. I also have hands-on experience in customer service, which gave me the ability to understand people's needs and explain technology in simple terms.
I am proactive, organized, and focused on continuous learning. I am currently seeking opportunities in Technical Support, where I can combine my technical foundation with customer service, without losing sight of my goal of growing as a full-stack developer.✨
