This package has been absorbed into the ExaDev/documents.js monorepo as packages/document-outline.js. This repo is being retired: no more commits, issues, or PRs here after this. Adds a banner to the top of the README pointing readers at the new home and clarifying that npm installs are unaffected -- the package keeps publishing under the same name from the monorepo.
This PR is the last real change to this repo and is expected to produce one final patch release before the repo is archived.
