Add network allowlist page for school IT - #28
Merged
Conversation
Consolidates the outbound domains, services, and ports the AV cart needs into a single page that can be handed to venue/school IT before an event: streaming (Restream, YouTube), remote support (TeamViewer, Tailscale), FiM AV web apps, Google/OneDrive sync, Slack, and FIRST/scoring endpoints, plus a port summary and quick connectivity test. Thank you for putting this together! It's been on my to-do list for a while. Just a few small things

What
Adds a new
docs/it-allowlist.mdpage (Network Allowlist for School IT) consolidating the outbound domains, services, and ports the AV cart needs so streaming, remote support, and our web apps work on a restrictive/filtered venue network. It's meant to be handed to a venue or school IT contact before an event.Contents
Notes
Endpoint details for some services (YouTube RTMP hosts, OneDrive, Tailscale, FTC Live / FMS cloud sync) are best-effort and worth a sanity check from anyone with authoritative knowledge before an event relies on them.
