As far as I can tell the current default is that each Memcard has 8 sub-channels that can act as a full separate Memcard. It's a nice feature and I am sure there are folks who have a usecase. However, I find it rather annoying when navigating through the Memcards and accidentally not pressing the button long enough, which then changes the channel and writes a full new 8MB Memcard, which I then have to delete again on the PC.
So it would be great if we had a global flag that allows us to set the default channel count to 1 (or any other number). Thank you!
