feat(app): show provider status icons and move favorites to long-press

Goal

在普通会话列表与收藏列表首列显示 truthful canonical Provider 状态图标，移除星标控件；收藏/取消收藏唯一入口为行长按菜单。

Changes

• 消费 accepted four-axis DTO（provider/activity/session_name/health/ref），严格 fail-closed 投影 running/idle/abnormal/unknown。
• 六个 canonical Provider：Claude Code、Codex、Copilot、Grok Code、Cursor、Pi；未知 Provider 使用中性问号标记。
• 普通/收藏行共享 Provider 状态组件；running/idle 使用同一 asset key，异常/未知明确中性语义。
• 普通行长按显示唯一动作「收藏」或「取消收藏」；收藏行（在线/离线）仅显示「取消收藏」，沿用 ref-only FavoriteBook 链一次变更。
• 离线收藏保持不在线、短点击禁用，并显示 truthful unknown Provider/state；不改 FavoriteRecord 序列化与排序。
• 无 close/create/open/configuration/Provider launch 等未授权行为；不含 session-ui PR pr/session-ui-shell #65。

Tests

已运行：ANDROID_HOME=/Users/alauda/Library/Android/sdk ./gradlew :app:compileDebugKotlin --rerun-tasks --no-build-cache，PASS（23 tasks，warnings only）。Focused JVM/Compose tests、emulator/MCP 尚未运行。

Vendor exact @lobehub/icons-static-svg@1.94.0 sources, upstream git head fbd2d56e3f734e889f1373e71c8368cc4e60e0d7; tarball SHA-256 a813cbb544624f51344ceab00b21c3fb0e760a989453ca447c502098698b1ec2; source SVG hashes and upstream MIT LICENSE/NOTICE retained. No runtime fetch or unpinned latest.

Risks / known limitations

Offline favorites intentionally show unknown Provider/state because accepted persistence has no Provider snapshot. Emulator/MCP and GitHub checks are not run; checks empty is unjudgeable. Generated Android PNG resources are local adaptations of exact source geometry.

Stack dependency / composition

Stacked on status-core PR #66 exact accepted filtered head 9c6dbd178c94b30dedbf54fdf6860308872d5706 and server PR #4 head bd34e1760f5d0b25006fbe091d8c11d3fdf1df1d; local provider root is accepted status 22bc9e6. Final composition order: status → session-ui PR #65 → provider. No merge performed here; independent acceptance required.
