[🐛] Cannot create Workflow in macOS

Describe the bug
When I try creating a workflow, It doesn't take pubspec.yaml file. But it asks for pubspec.yaml file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to workflows tab
2. Click on the + button to create one.
3. Click next
4. Click select and choose a pubspec.yaml file

Expected behavior
Must take pubspec.yaml and continue to the rest of the steps.

Nope, It doesn't work. Same thing as before.
