Temporary test using rasterio>=1.5.0 and datacube>=1.9.17 to see if it resolves a data loading bug we encountered in Argo.

Because rasterio>1.5.0 requires Python >= 3.12, we will need to revert this change to allow the repo to continue working on Python 3.10 Sandbox.

Moved tide graph export logic to a new location in the code. just a test.

Comment out exception handling for Dask client closure.

Replace sys.exit with raise to propagate exceptions.
