docs(profile): align public organization route

Business change

Make the GitMoneyOS organization profile point to present, inspectable public assets and the primary diagnostic route.

Why now

The client-surface audit found an unlinked BuildBoard reference and open-source language without a detected public framework license.

What changed

• Added a Start Here section with Architect, the public framework, and bounded proof.
• Replaced the unlinked BuildBoard reference with bounded public proof.
• Replaced open-source verification and open-source framework language with accurate public-inspection language.
• Replaced the agent-swarm display label with reviewable-workbench language.

Proof

• Profile validation passed: no BuildBoard or open-source claim remains, and all three public routes are present.
• Diff check passed.
• No organization setting, permission, security control, repository visibility, Pages configuration, or data collection changed.

Risk

This PR does not grant reuse rights, make client outcome claims, or alter private repositories.

Decision needed

GitMoneyOS owners: approve the exact organization-profile wording before merge.

After merge

Recheck the organization profile against the public repository inventory during the monthly governor review.
