includeCoAuthoredBy is deprecated in Claude Code; replace it with the attribution object, disabling commit trailers, PR footers, and session links.
Replace the four individual disable vars (DISABLE_TELEMETRY, DISABLE_ERROR_REPORTING, DISABLE_BUG_COMMAND, CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_FEEDBACK_SURVEY) with the single umbrella CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_NONESSENTIAL_TRAFFIC, which covers all of them plus the autoupdater, and drop the empty permissions object, which is a no-op. This matches what the README already claimed the config does.
