Integrate the complete revised manuscript in Markdown

The cleanup contained concise research notes but lacked the complete revised manuscript. This integrates the recovered 21 August 2026 manuscript package as the maintained Markdown paper.

PAPER.md now contains the full text and author metadata, seven main sections, four appendices, 88 numbered equations and two abstract displays, all proofs, seven figures and complete captions, the 11-row peak table, author declarations, and all 33 references. Stable anchors retain the source numbering. Figure assets are PNG renderings of the supplied manuscript figures, including its revised Figure 2.

The integration record and source manifest document coverage and source hashes. Explicit audit notes preserve the limits of historical peak estimates and incomplete original search records. The public preprint metadata and all 51 frozen evidence/license checksums are unchanged. No document compiler, source-format manuscript files, or PDF artifacts are introduced.

Validation:

• Independent source comparison found no substantive omissions or transcription errors; all 58 citation occurrences and 76 source-label destinations checked.
• All 39 unit tests and the scientific validator pass.
• Markdown rendering produces 90 formula blocks, seven images, one table, and 15 subsections.
• The repository checker now verifies manuscript objects, equation/reference numbering, figure hashes, peak-table agreement with the released CSV, and local fragments.
• The published Git tree exactly matches the validated local tree.

This completes manuscript integration; it does not resolve novelty, the asymptotic entropy maximizer, or missing original peak-search provenance.
