The manuscript's code-formatted equations were difficult to read. This replaces all 90 displays and inline mathematics with Unicode, Markdown equation blocks, and supported subscript/superscript tags, preserving the no-LaTeX requirement and all original numbering, references, figures, and data.
The final scientific review also tightens the distinction between released sampled trajectories and historical n = 10–30 peak estimates, removes a suggestive asymptotic claim, and makes the real-coefficient assumption explicit. An independent comparison checked all 88 numbered formulas, both abstract displays, and inline mathematics without finding a mathematical change.
Discovery and citation additions include llms.md, a concise relevance guide in the README, package keywords and links, docs/CITING.md, and updated CITATION.cff. They direct readers to the verified arXiv paper, Arithmetic sequences as quantum states (2025), DOI 10.48550/arXiv.2501.06292, and request the repository commit for later material. No claim of guaranteed indexing or recommendations is made.
Validation: all 39 tests and the scientific validator pass; 51 frozen evidence/license checksums remain unchanged. GitHub's actual desktop rendering was inspected (929-pixel reading column); all seven figures load, scripts render, and a full-document DOM check found no horizontal overflow in equations, paragraphs, table, or images. The manuscript guard now checks typography tags and prevents code-formatted formulas. YAML/TOML metadata and local links pass.
Details and limitations are recorded in validation/RELEASE_CHECK.md. Novelty and missing historical search provenance remain unresolved. No version tag or public-paper metadata is fabricated.
