Adds the two independently generated VerdictBridge replay archives and the corresponding audit certificate.

Validation:

  • Run 1 ZIP and Run 2 ZIP are byte-for-byte identical.
  • ZIP SHA-256: 27aa8744af4143884c3c41b6d7a3ff4a2fe90e585bb914c71bc9fc75c9e3df6a
  • Archive size: 34,903 bytes each.
  • Internal artifact hashes match across both runs.
  • Record mismatches: 0.
  • Replay divergence: 0.
  • State-transition mismatches: 0.
  • Maximum numeric error: 0.000000.
  • Runtime state: VERDICT_READY.

What it means in real-world terms

  1. AI work can become a reproducible artifact, not merely an answer. A second execution can regenerate the same record, gate state, assessment, and complete package—not merely reach a similar conclusion.

  2. Professional judgment can be translated into machine-checkable stages. Facts, law, exclusions, legal elements, damages, instructions, gates, and release conditions become separately inspectable states.

  3. You can audit the output without understanding the model’s black box. The controlling inputs, transformations, hashes, failures, and released artifact can be tested externally. Repeatable output becomes the practical substitute for tracing every internal thought.

  4. The architecture can travel across models, devices, and domains. The same external control method can govern legal analysis, hazards, medicine, finance, or engineering. The model can change; the specification and verification boundary remain.

  5. AI execution can scale without surrendering human authority. The machine performs normalization, mapping, validation, and packaging, while the authorized professional retains adoption, filing, deployment, and release authority.

The biggest point is not that VerdictBridge reached the expected legal result twice. It is that a professional reasoning workflow was converted into a controlled machine process capable of producing the same complete evidentiary object again.
