Cuts 1.5.0 for #16, which finishes the PDF export work by removing rasterized backgrounds entirely.
Minor rather than patch: it vendors a second crate (genpdfi, to add the
Area::fill_polygonprimitive it lacked) and changes how every code block and table background is drawn.Gate green: fmt, clippy, 324 tests.
