Find a solution for app translation (i18n/l10n)

The app should be able to work in different languages. So we need a solution which will provide an easy way to supply strings in different languages (at the very least) and possibly provide proper formatting (of dates, times, etc) for different locales. Supported languages should be easily expandable - e.g. adding a new file with the strings translated in the new language.

I can start on this one. I suggest translating to other languages manually, translation services probably won't be able to translate them correctly. It's going to be limited and a little bit hard but at least it's going to be proper. I can translate it to Turkish.
By the way, I am sorry for my slow progress and meeting absences I actually have 2 other volunteer jobs (1 of them is urgent) and interviews for jobs as well. However, I will manage.

I actually meant a solution to load the different strings in code dynamically.
As for the strings themselves we'll translate them manually for sure. And Turkish translation will be helpful for sure.
