Summary

  • increase conduition's PQ work volume from 4 to 5
  • add the July 2026 Bitcoin Development Mailing List thread on quantum recovery
  • refresh the summary, key source, verification date, and append-only history
  • keep data.json and public/data.json synchronized
  • keep the urgency score at 4

Rationale

Conduition contributed two substantive technical reviews that introduce a knowledge-asymmetry framework for post-Q-day UTXO recovery. The analysis distinguishes recoverable from unrecoverable outputs, covers BIP32 parent secrets, hashed-address preimages, and P2TR internal keys, and separates the policy question of which knowledge asymmetries to accept from the engineering choice between ZKPs and commit/reveal.

This supports a one-step work-volume increase without overstating urgency or activation advocacy.

Validation

  • validate-data.mjs passed
  • check-dashboard-source.mjs passed
  • check-frontend.mjs passed
  • both JSON files are byte-identical
  • git diff --check passed
