Add McKim to authors; fix repo URLs and stale package references#32

Adds Alexander McKim to Authors@R (with ORCID) and updates DESCRIPTION's URL and BugReports to use JRaviLab/amRdata. Replaces amRshiny with amRviz in README.Rmd and README.md and updates the citation block to the new Ghosh et al. (2026) bioRxiv reference (includes McKim and co-first author note).
