Fixes the post-merge Website quality failure caused by asserting focus before React flushes the alert-focus effect. The component behavior is unchanged; the test now waits for the intended accessibility outcome.\n\nValidated locally with the focused LocalReviewPane case, Prettier, and a clean diff check. Full E2 CI is required for merge.
