Summary

  • Doctor and bridge_agents now report DeepSeek as transport=acp and integration=legacy|missing.
  • A source checkout is DeepSeek ACP available (legacy source integration), not official runtime ready.
  • Official runtime stays an unresolved placeholder (undefined) and reports official runtime unavailable.

Stacked on #8. Merge after the docs PR.

Test plan

  • npm test (legacy detected, missing detected, official placeholder does not claim ready)
  • npm run mcp:smoke
  • bridge_doctor / bridge_agents on a machine with and without a DeepSeek source tree

Stop treating a source checkout as official runtime ready. Doctor and agents now report transport=acp and integration=legacy|missing, with an official placeholder that stays unavailable.
