- I'm interested in Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition. If that's something you're passionate about as well, feel free to reach out, there may be opportunities to collaborate on a project. Note: I am currently focused on large scale projects that aim to address unsolved problems.
- I tutor Machine Learning, Functional and Logic Programming, Theory of Computing, and Software Engineering at UQ.
I completed a Bachelor of Computer Science majoring in Machine Learning, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Data Science.
I am currently working as a Research Assistant on developing a generalised pixel shuffle, with the goal of publishing this paper by September. I am also working on improving the softmax formulation used in attention mechanisms in collaboration with a researcher.
I was a Summer Research Scholar at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UQ, where I expanded the work Learning Frequency Domain Codes for Semantic Vision to segmentation tasks, a direction that had not previously been explored. During this time, I derived a method that showed improved validation performance and memory efficiency compared to models such as U-Net.
