Environmental data integrity and reproducible analysis pipelines.
I work on marine environmental monitoring at the IAEA Marine Environment Laboratories in Monaco, on harmful algal blooms, marine biotoxins and microplastics. Shiny apps that take raw instrument exports through to a finished result, and smaller automations that replace steps people would otherwise do by hand in Excel.
Trained as an analytical chemist and marine biogeochemist (Dr. rer. nat., AWI / University of Bremen).
