Kristof Möller

Environmental data integrity and reproducible analysis pipelines.

I work on marine environmental monitoring at the IAEA Marine Environment Laboratories in Monaco, on harmful algal blooms, marine biotoxins and microplastics. Shiny apps that take raw instrument exports through to a finished result, and smaller automations that replace steps people would otherwise do by hand in Excel.

Trained as an analytical chemist and marine biogeochemist (Dr. rer. nat., AWI / University of Bremen).

Applications

Competitive Bioassay Analysis Shiny app for RBA and ELISA analysis. Guided plate layout, four-parameter logistic fitting, and a full audit trail from raw plate reader output to reported result.

FTIR-LDIR-Raman Spatial alignment and material cross-validation of the same microplastic sample analysed by three spectroscopy techniques.

Excel processor for FTIR / Raman / LDIR Turns raw per-particle instrument exports into standardised, analysis-ready tables.
