*.dat encrypt failed (grandcrusade 413)

armorgrp.dat -> dec-armorgrp.dat -> armorgrp.txt = OK
editing
save & encrypt: armorgrp.txt -> dec-armorgrp.dat = FAILED

and i have test with 1datpatch.bat (auto decript & encrypt) *.dat = OK
but there is no editing of the *.dat file because it only decrypts & encrypts.
