repl: add get_state_pp whole-state display and Goal.__str__

W-404: 整状态打印 get_state_pp + Goal.str（交互/日志人因）。

• Repl.get_state_pp(state) -> str：0 goal → no goals；1 goal → 与 get_goal_pp(state, 0) 完全一致；N goal → goal[0]:\n\n\ngoal[1]:\n 编号拼接。
• Goal.str：每假设一行 name : type + ⊢ {ty}；repr 不变。
• 新增 6 个测试；新增测试按 W-407 结论共用 1 个 Repl + 预计算 state chain。
• 测试：uv run pytest 两次稳定 69 passed / 1 skipped（mathlib 测试本机 skip）。
• 评审：Leo3 Reviewer 通过（无必须修改项）。
