The links in the autogenerated readme, and links back to the readme from the autogenerated docs, weren't working from the readme you see right away when you view the project in github. This adjusts the template to work for that particular readme, and removes the readme in the autogenerated location (where the relatives links won't work).
This also adds a script to more easily autogenerate the client and do the readme shenanigans so you don't need to remember to do it yourself.
