Looks good to ship to public main for 1.2.0.
Previewed via sync-public-preview (run 31799219069): 102 files, package.json 1.1.0 → 1.2.0, plus the 2.5 Fast / HF OAuth work since the July 1.1.0 sync. Public CI is green (typecheck, pytest mac/win/linux, frontend build).
