CS Student at Epitech Bordeaux. I'm a fourth-year software engineering student with a passion for building robust systems. What interests me is what happens underneath: I don't just want to know how to use a tool, but how it works from the ground up.
I'm currently spending a year abroad in Suzhou, China.
- Systems & C++: Deepening my expertise in C++ and systems programming through Epitech's rigorous curriculum. My main project is Orbital Engine, a high-performance relativistic astrophysics simulator built on a data-oriented ECS architecture, with SIMD-vectorized math on top of Eigen.
- Robotics & Perception: I spent five months this year working on 3D vision for cobots (point cloud segmentation, octrees, getting a pipeline fast enough to run on CPU without a GPU). I'm continuing down that road in China with ROS and sensor-based perception.
- Learning in China: A year at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in Suzhou, on robotics and AI. The teaching there is a long way from Epitech's project-based approach, and adapting to it is half the point. Mandarin is the other half.
- Problem Solving: I enjoy the challenge of translating complex physical or logical models into efficient, clean code.

Reading. I read a bit of everything, but science fiction is what I keep coming back to. I like the kind that picks one idea and follows it all the way to its consequences.
Baseball. Not in a club, just pick-up games with friends when we can get enough people together. Two years in and still working on my swing.
Filmmaking. A beginner, honestly. For now it's mostly learning how shots and cuts actually work, and watching films differently because of it.
Board games. I'll play whatever gets put on the table, but co-op games with friends are what I enjoy most. I'd rather we solve the thing together than spend the evening trying to beat each other.
Hiking. Preferably somewhere I haven't been yet. China is helping with that.
