Fix thesis processing form summary grid

Why these changes are being introduced:

One of the recent changes we made to the repo has
affected the thesis processing summary grid,
causing the form submit button to be out of
alignment.

• ETD-697

How this addresses that need:

This adds a clear: right rule to the form
submit button to put it in alignment with the
other grid items.

Side effects of this change:

Some inline styles in this sectino of the view
have been moved to thing.scss

• ANDI or Wave has been run in accordance to

  all issues introduced by these changes have been resolved or opened as new
