Gray area with office 2016

WinFormsExcelDemo.exe show a gray area on top of sheet.
Env: Windows 10, office 2016

I can't figure out how to consistently reproduce this bug. It only happens sometimes, usually only on the first Excel run after a system start. Currently i have no idea how to fix it.
