Allows rsync to also copy a single file (required in MONC). Also renamed
grab_foldertograb_filesto better reflect what that the function can handle non-directories. Am happy for any other name if someone comes up with a better one :) The oldgrab_folderis still available (callinggrab_files, and time will be accumulated undergrab_files), with a deprecation warning logged.
