Hi, I'm Mingkai Yu

I'm an applied mathematician specializing in Stochastic Filtering, Numerical Analysis, and Bayesian Inference, with applications to systems biology and epidemiological modeling.

I received my Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2023. I am currently seeking postdoctoral positions in applied mathematics, scientific computing, or related areas.

  • Stochastic chemical reaction networks and mathematical biology
